Area Manager, Pulp & Paper

Job Summary

To drive profitable sales growth, the full-time remote Area Manager, Pulp & Paper will manage the P&L of the Area Sales and Service Team, leading efforts in Oregon, California, and the Southwest while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the Area Sales and Service Team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Oversee strategic or corporate accounts, ensuring contract consistency and customer satisfaction
• Foster a collaborative work environment and a strong team culture focused on success and diversity

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science, applied sciences, or engineering with relevant experience
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper specialty chemical sales with a proven sales success record
• Demonstrated ability to build strong teams and drive loyalty and team spirit
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to anticipate and address them effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
