Area Reservation Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic reservations team, the full-time Area Reservation Sales Supervisor will manage incoming calls, provide customized quotes, and achieve revenue goals while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and ensure timely follow-up on guest inquiries and requests
• Achieve and exceed individual and team conversion and revenue goals while maintaining occupancy coverage
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest challenges and maintain rate integrity under revenue management strategies

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospitality or reservations position at a luxury resort
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Opera, Revinate, HMS, Synxis, and Microsoft Suites
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of guest information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
