Job Summary
Seeking customer-focused individuals, the full-time Arizona Call Center Agent will contact blood donors to schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience while working remotely from the Tucson area.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for donations and update records as needed
- Schedule appointments while ensuring a consistent and positive donor experience to maximize show rates
- Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform and assist donors effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a call center
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must commit to a specified work schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
- Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
