Job Summary

Leading project deliverables for the ITECH Project Management Office, the full-time Arizona IT Project Controls Supervisor will manage resource assignments, oversee project budgets and schedules, and develop team performance metrics while working onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and monitors work priorities to maximize resource utilization
• Leads teams through organizational changes and process transformations while ensuring operational continuity
• Oversees financial risk identification and mitigation planning for project portfolios

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline; or equivalent education
• Five years of directly related experience, or a total of nine years of equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills and extensive understanding of project management processes
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and creativity skills with the ability to make sound judgments
