Arizona Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, the full-time Arizona Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist will ensure accurate completion of all documentation and serve as a primary point of contact for new employees in a remote and flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the start date of new hires
- Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations to ensure timely and accurate onboarding requirements are met
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
