Arizona Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Arizona Licensed Application Analyst will be responsible for deploying and developing vendor-proprietary hospital application software, analyzing software functionality, and mentoring junior analysts within an integrated hospital system.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing and proposed software functionality to ensure alignment with clinical health system workflows
• Coordinate project teams to achieve deployment and optimization goals based on performance improvement objectives
• Mentor and educate junior analysts on best practices in application software development and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of progressively responsible healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience
• Relevant certification(s) for specific business, clinical, or financial application(s) is required
• Preferred professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy) if supporting clinical applications
• Valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or completion of the affidavit at hire
