Arizona Licensed Application Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance healthcare systems, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Analyst will independently analyze and develop vendor-proprietary hospital application software, coordinating project teams and mentoring junior analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing and proposed software functionality to ensure alignment with clinical health system workflows
- Coordinate project teams to achieve deployment and optimization goals based on performance improvement objectives
- Mentor and educate junior analysts on best practices in application software development and deployment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of progressively responsible healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience
- Relevant certifications for specific business, clinical, or financial applications as applicable
- Valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or completion of the affidavit at hire
- Professional clinical licensure preferred if supporting clinical application systems
