Job Summary
To enhance the deployment and development of hospital application software, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Analyst will analyze software functionality, coordinate project teams, and mentor junior analysts while working onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing and proposed vendor-supplied software functionality to ensure alignment with clinical health system workflows
- Coordinate project teams to achieve performance improvement objectives and optimize information technology deployment
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, educating them on best practices in application analysis and deployment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of progressively responsible healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience
- Functional experience with Workday Human Capital Management modules
- Experience in configuring and maintaining HR-related business processes and security roles
- Certification for specific business, clinical, or financial application(s) is required if applicable
