Job Summary
To enhance hospital application software deployment and development, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Systems Analyst will analyze vendor-supplied software functionality, coordinate project teams, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently analyze existing and proposed software to ensure conformity with clinical health system workflows
- Coordinate project teams to achieve deployment and optimization goals aligned with performance improvement objectives
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, educating them on best practices in application systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Five years of progressively responsible healthcare, consulting, and/or IT-related experience
- Certification(s) for specific business, clinical, or financial applications/systems is required
- Professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology) preferred if supporting clinical application systems
- Valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or completion of the Affidavit at the time of hire
