Job Summary

To enhance healthcare operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Systems Analyst will lead the deployment and development of hospital application software, ensuring alignment with clinical and financial systems while collaborating with project teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of vendor-supplied software functionality to ensure compliance with clinical health system workflows
• Manage departmental operations and major projects, providing measurable customer service and achieving team goals
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to optimize information technology deployment based on performance improvement objectives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, consulting, or IT related to application software deployment
• Relevant certifications for specific business, clinical, or financial IT applications are required
• Preferred professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy) if supporting clinical applications
• Valid fingerprint clearance card or completion of an affidavit at the time of hire, with the card presented within 90 days of application
