To support a growing practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, and lead a team of behavior technicians while working remotely with quarterly travel opportunities.
Key responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and track client progress using data-driven methods
- Lead and mentor behavior technicians, providing coaching and support
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
- Experience in designing and implementing ABA therapy plans
