Job Summary
To support children with autism in achieving meaningful progress, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, analyze client data, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct caregiver training
Required qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if required
- Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based care
