Job Summary

To support emergency medical services, the full-time Remote Arizona Licensed Call Taker will manage requests for ambulance assistance, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and manage requests for ambulance transport from medical facilities
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and generate applicable reports during each shift
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures while operating necessary equipment for data entry and communication

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in a call center environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and equipment usage
