Job Summary
Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
- Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
- Participate in a mandatory five-week virtual training program
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service and collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for additional pay
