Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier customer service in a remote work environment within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are past due
- Deliver exceptional support and service to customers
- Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and prior collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred for additional pay
- Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
- Must be 18 years or older and located within the specified work-from-home radius
