Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Commercial Insurance Agent will manage a portfolio of commercial trucking insurance clients, advising them on coverage needs and navigating the insurance market while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and grow a book of commercial trucking insurance business through inbound opportunities and relationship development
- Consult with clients to assess exposures, loss history, and insurance needs, structuring and presenting tailored coverage solutions
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, following opportunities through quote, bind, and renewal processes
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial trucking insurance experience in a producer, broker, agent, or account-facing role
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong understanding of commercial trucking risks and insurance products
- Working knowledge of FMCSA requirements and DOT filings
- Experience with insurance carriers, underwriters, and agency management or CRM systems
