Arizona Licensed Compliance Officer
Job Summary
Overseeing all compliance functions for the health plan, the full-time Arizona Licensed Compliance Officer will manage the submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements, serve as the primary contact in state compliance meetings, and conduct internal compliance audits while working remotely from Arizona.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate and timely submission of all CMS Medicare SNP requirements
- Serve as senior leadership and single point of contact in all state compliance meetings and interactions
- Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure timely completion of corrective action plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
- 5+ years of experience with health care regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development
- 5+ years of experience overseeing the implementation of contract requirements
- 10+ years of compliance/enterprise risk management experience preferred
