Arizona Licensed EAP Counselor

Job Summary

Providing telephonic and video counseling, the full-time Arizona Licensed EAP Counselor will engage with clients to offer in-the-moment support and crisis management, ensuring a warm and empathic approach while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counseling while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans and maintain clear clinical documentation

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience supporting high-risk clients
• Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse and mental health concerns
