Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home pet hospice, palliative care, quality-of-life support, and compassionate euthanasia services
- Independently travel to scheduled appointments and perform veterinary services in a mobile care environment
- Educate pet families on quality-of-life decisions and maintain accurate veterinary medical records
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), BVMS, or equivalent veterinary medical degree
- Active veterinary license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel between appointments
- Ability to communicate empathetically during sensitive end-of-life conversations
- Willingness to participate in rotational weekend scheduling as required
