Job Summary

Representing a leading insurance provider, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will take inbound calls from warm leads to identify customer needs, educate them on insurance products, and close sales while working remotely from the Phoenix Metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations via inbound calls to assess and match customer needs with appropriate insurance products
• Educate customers on available insurance services and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Resolve inquiries and provide tailored solutions by researching and analyzing customer issues

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use multiple screens and applications simultaneously
• Must be able to attend 100% of the paid training period
• High School Diploma or GED and legally permitted to work in the United States
