Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Life & Health Agent will efficiently handle inbound sales calls for vision and dental insurance plans while working remotely and exceeding sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound sales calls while identifying opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all sales campaigns and ensure timely responses to callers' inquiries
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals set by management

Required qualifications

• Current Group 1 Life & Health License, with the ability to be certified for Medicare
• Experience in phone sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated with a desire to contribute to team success
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and computer skills
• College degree preferred but not required
