To assist seniors and their families in securing affordable life insurance coverage, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Life Insurance Agent will guide clients through final expense options, conduct needs assessments, and convert leads into issued policies while maintaining compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating final expense life insurance options
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' coverage goals and health profiles
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with care and personalized support
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to have empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clients
- Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
- Bilingual is a plus
