- Represent insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and private businesses at hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, while advising clients on coverage and claims handling
Required qualifications
- AZ Bar Admission
- Recent experience in defense litigation
- Background in district court work is also considered
- Knowledge of insurance defense and liability matters
- Experience with various legal areas, including complex commercial litigation and labor & employment law
