Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while ensuring adherence to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices while fostering client engagement
- Complete onboarding requirements and participate in regular check-ins with supervisory staff
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on group treatment
- Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
