Job Summary

Leading a team of Fiber Construction Managers, the full-time Arizona Licensed Network Construction Supervisor will oversee fiber network construction projects remotely, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while driving operational excellence and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Fiber Construction Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee daily fiber construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets
• Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in telecommunications or fiber optic construction project management
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a construction management role
• Working knowledge of fiber optic network construction methods and permitting processes
• Experience managing construction vendors and project budgets, with a strong understanding of CAPEX and OPEX management
