Job Summary
To support flexible clinical pharmacy services, the part-time Contract Digital Medication Support Network Pharmacist will utilize their Arizona Licensed Network Pharmacist credentials to review medication cases remotely, guiding patients toward effective treatment options based on scientific evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess medication cases to recommend effective treatment options for patients
- Provide evidence-based medication guidance while working on a flexible schedule
- Complete cases and communicate with doctors or patients as needed, ensuring timely responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical acute care or hospital setting, or equivalent education and experience
- Active and unrestricted pharmacy license in Arizona and Utah
- Professional malpractice insurance with proof required
- Successful completion of a pharmacy residency or advanced degree in a health-related field preferred
