Job Summary
To support a virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and sexual health while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and provide ongoing relationship-based care for a full panel of patients, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues
- Independently prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management
- Document patient interactions and meet productivity benchmarks in a high-volume virtual environment
Required qualifications
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
- Active NP license (DEA preferred) with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in independently managing a patient panel
- Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to telemedicine technologies
