Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner Faculty

Job Summary

To support a growing nursing program, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner Faculty will instruct courses in Women's Health Management, engage with students to enhance academic success, and oversee clinical experiences, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while maintaining an engaging online classroom presence
• Provide academic support and address student inquiries to foster a supportive learning environment
• Oversee student clinical experiences and participate in faculty meetings and university events as required

Required qualifications

• Doctorate of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD in Nursing, or a medical degree with women's health practice experience
• Master's degree in Nursing with at least 5 years of applicable experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license and Arizona APRN certification
• National certification as a Family or Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Midwife
• Current experience in women's health practice within the last 5 years
