Job Summary
Seeking an Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner Faculty, the part-time virtual instructor will deliver advanced health assessment courses, engage with students to foster academic success, and provide additional support through tutoring and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely access to materials for students
- Maintain an engaged classroom presence and proactively address student academic issues
- Oversee student clinical experiences and participate in faculty meetings and events as required
Required qualifications
- Doctorate of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or a Master's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Active unencumbered Arizona RN license and APRN certification
- National Certification as a Family or Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Midwife
- Must have 2 years of current experience within the last 5 years
