Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Arizona Licensed Patient Access Representative will pre-register patients, verify insurance information, and create financial estimates for outpatient procedures in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-register patients and verify insurance eligibility while creating accurate financial estimates for services
• Educate patients on their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities, ensuring compliance with No Surprise Billing regulations
• Manage workload effectively to meet productivity standards and assist patients with payment plans as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or financial-related work experience
• Proficient in PC-based office productivity tools, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Clear understanding of financial counseling's impact on revenue cycle operations
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
