Arizona Licensed Personal Lines Manager
Job Summary
To support client accounts, the full-time temporary Arizona Licensed Personal Lines Manager will manage day-to-day client servicing, oversee the renewal and marketing process, and collaborate with Advisors and Account Executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts, actively participating in meetings
- Prepare requests for proposals, draft renewal presentations, and review proposals for accuracy
- Manage client documentation and respond to billing inquiries from clients and insurance personnel
Required qualifications
- Over 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or independent agency
- Experience with relevant lines of coverage and managing a book of business
- Familiarity with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, and Progressive
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management systems
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
