Job Summary
Working remotely in the Central or Mountain Time Zone, the full-time Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator will engage high-risk patients for Comprehensive Medication Reviews, schedule appointments with Clinical Pharmacists, and assist with administrative tasks while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Clinical Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support patient and provider engagement by working with a Clinical Care Team
- Engage high-risk patients telephonically to schedule appointments and gather pertinent information
- Facilitate communication between the Care Team and provider offices to address patient needs
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience with medical terminology
- 2+ years of healthcare experience in a clinical or administrative role
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (License required)
