Job Summary
To support a nationwide network of patient-centered musculoskeletal (MSK) care, an Arizona Licensed Physical Therapist will provide part-time telehealth services from home, assessing patient needs and optimizing recovery through virtual consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments and consultations with patients to determine their treatment needs
- Support and implement treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and outcomes
- Manage referrals from PeteDME and integrate them into existing patient care
Required qualifications
- Current Arizona state-specific Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy
- Liability insurance coverage
- Experience with telehealth services
