Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Physical Therapist will assess patient conditions, establish treatment plans, and provide education while working remotely and supervising staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and establish goals and care plans in collaboration with physicians and families
• Document treatments and findings for medical records, ensuring interdisciplinary communication regarding patient health
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Technicians while providing ongoing education and support to the Physical Therapy staff

Required qualifications

• Valid and active Arizona State Licensure
• Clinical Doctorate (DPT) preferred
• Two years of experience in an outpatient or remote physical therapy clinic, with a focus on orthopedics
• Experience in remote work is preferred
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and medical terminology
