Job Summary
To support individuals in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders, the full-time Arizona Licensed Primary Therapist will provide individual therapy sessions, recovery education, and community resource linkages while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recovery education and facilitate individual sessions tailored to clients' treatment plans
- Assist clients in identifying personal goals and developing their own recovery plans
- Promote self-advocacy and support linkages to community resources that align with clients' interests
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, addictions, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Licensed in Arizona as LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to provide Level 1 fingerprint clearance
- Understanding of the drug and alcohol treatment system and commitment to the recovery community
- Comfortable working with both adolescent and adult populations
