Job Summary
Coaching and guiding teacher applicants and interns through an alternative teaching certification program, the remote Arizona Licensed Program Advisor will provide superior customer service, mentorship, and strategic support to help candidates achieve their teaching goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain expertise in certification/licensure programs and state requirements to assist candidates effectively
- Engage with candidates through calls and emails, prioritizing their needs and providing problem-solving strategies
- Support state operations with sales representation at job fairs and events, while building relationships with local districts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and professionalism in a team environment
