Arizona Licensed Provider Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Arizona Licensed Provider Consultant will manage clinical oversight and quality improvement for behavioral health programs, develop relationships with providers, and communicate performance metrics to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and key clinical staff
• Monitor provider performance on quality outcomes and adherence to contract requirements
• Initiate and monitor Quality Improvement Plans to drive performance enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Master's degree-level clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage or Family Counseling, Licensed Ph.D/Psy.D. level Psychologist, or Bachelor's level RN
• 3+ years of post-licensure direct behavioral health clinical experience
• 1+ years of experience in a managed care setting
• 1+ years of experience in analysis, reporting, and data analytics within healthcare
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
