Job Summary
To provide psychiatry and medication management services for adolescents and adults, the full-time Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations, manage patient medication, and collaborate with a diverse treatment team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for patients
- Order and assess laboratory and diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Collaborate with a treatment team to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining high-quality care standards
Required qualifications
- Continuously licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
- Current Arizona DEA license for credentialing
- 1-2 years of independent clinical experience treating adolescents and adults preferred
- Current fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety
- Continuous malpractice liability coverage if contracted
