Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage psychiatric disorders using various therapeutic approaches in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults with mental health disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Required Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Active DEA registration and current BLS certification
- Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in Arizona
- Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities is highly preferred
