Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the remote Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will lead member care by conducting evaluations, delivering evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, and collaborating with a dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
- Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team
Required Qualifications:
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Arizona
- At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
