Job Summary
Leading member care in a remote setting, the full-time Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
- Collaborate with the care team and attend scheduled team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Arizona
- At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
