Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end marketing process for small commercial lines renewals, the part-time Arizona Licensed Renewal Marketing Specialist will negotiate carrier terms, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts to the client service team while working remotely within the West Region.
Key responsibilities
- Use carrier rating tools to secure competitive quotes and review submissions for completeness
- Negotiate coverage terms with underwriters and prepare detailed comparison summaries for clients
- Bind coverage and execute a seamless hand-off to the local client service team
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of property & casualty coverages and underwriting concepts
- Industry designations such as CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU preferred
