Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee customer service and self-pay collections operations remotely, ensuring exceptional financial experiences for patients and families while managing call center activities, inquiries, and vendor performance.

• Lead and develop customer service and self-pay collections teams, focusing on accountability and collaboration
• Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring timely resolution of patient inquiries and complaints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Seven years of healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services experience, including five years in a supervisory or management role
• Three years of direct healthcare call center or contact center management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing, insurance processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with revenue cycle systems and call center technologies
