Job Summary

To support efficient revenue cycle processes, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage claims submissions, resolve billing issues, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with transactional teams to enhance account performance
• Create and submit claims for medical services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on unpaid claims
• Review and resolve denied claims, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and trends

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Physician Billing department, focusing on denials, appeals, and insurance collections
• Experience with Arizona Medicaid and a deep understanding of the end-to-end claim cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Products and knowledgeable in HIPAA compliance and healthcare insurance billing practices
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
