Arizona Licensed Scheduler/Biller

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Scheduler/Biller will coordinate surgical and procedural scheduling, manage provider requests, and ensure accurate charge posting while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule elective, urgent, and emergent procedures, ensuring compliance with physician privileges and resource utilization
• Facilitate communication between physicians, clinic personnel, and procedural departments while responding to scheduling inquiries
• Initiate and reconcile billing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of charge entries and resolving discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Current Arizona licensure as a Scheduler/Biller
• Experience with surgical and procedural scheduling systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
