Job Summary
Experienced Arizona Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage complex insurance defense litigation cases, collaborating with a supportive team in a flexible remote or onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school and an active Arizona Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision
