Job Summary

Supporting U-Haul's TruckShare 24/7 program, the part-time Arizona Licensed Verification Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, review customer information and verification documents, and assist with online verification tools while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer information and verification documents to approve rentals
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance through various communication channels
• Document customer interactions and verification outcomes while meeting quality and productivity standards

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume phone environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage stress and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
