Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims to bring them to resolution
- Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
- Active Arizona Adjusters' license
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
