Arizona Provider Support Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for contracted providers, the full-time Arizona Provider Support Specialist will manage provider inquiries, document communications, and educate providers on H2O program requirements while working remotely from Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on the H2O program for contracted providers
• Document and maintain records of communications to ensure clarity on expectations and deliverables
• Plan and lead educational meetings and seminars with providers to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Health, Human or Social Services, or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in business, social work, or a related field preferred
• Experience in conducting training and education for service providers
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of inquiries
• Strong research skills and experience in provider performance evaluation
