As a full-time Arizona Remote Sales Representative, the candidate will manage inbound client consultations, analyze financial information, and enroll clients into tax resolution programs, all while working from home with a steady stream of warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to assess their tax issues and financial goals
• Evaluate client-provided documents to recommend tailored tax resolution programs
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to client enrollment, ensuring a professional experience

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing
• Experience in high-volume inbound sales with a strong track record of performance
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, preferably Google Suite and Salesforce
• Strong empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive client issues
